Thank you for shopping with Allclair. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed on www.allclair.com.


 

1. Order Processing

 


Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after they are placed. Orders are not generally processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.


Please note that processing times may be longer during:

 

  • High-volume sales periods

  • Holidays

  • Severe weather events

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Inventory or fulfillment exceptions

 


 

2. Fulfillment Method

 


We fulfill orders using Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) and other logistics partners as needed. As a result, your order may arrive in Amazon-branded or third-party carrier packaging in some cases.


 

3. Shipping Timeframes

 


After processing, estimated delivery windows are:

 

  • Standard Shipping: typically delivered within 3 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: typically delivered within 2 business days, where offered

 


These are estimated transit times only and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated at checkout.


 

4. Shipping Locations

 


We currently ship to:

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier issues, high order volume, or other factors outside our control. If we become aware of a material shipment delay, we may contact you with an updated timeline or other available options.


 

8. Incorrect Addresses

 


Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered at checkout, this may cause delays, failed delivery, or additional charges. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.


 

9. Lost, Stolen, or Marked-Delivered Packages

 


If a package is marked delivered but you have not received it, please:

 

  • Check around the delivery location

  • Check with household members or neighbors

  • Contact the carrier directly

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, assist with next steps. Replacement or refund decisions are made at our discretion and subject to carrier confirmation and claim review.


 

10. Damaged Packages

  • Photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

 


 

11. Order Changes and Cancellations

 


We begin processing orders quickly. Because of this, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed. Contact us as soon as possible at [support email], and we will try to help if the order has not yet entered fulfillment.
