1. 30-Day Guarantee

 


If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of the delivery date.


 

2. Eligibility

 


To be eligible for a return or refund:

 

  • The request must be made within 30 days of delivery

  • The item must have been purchased directly from www.allclair.com

  • The item must not be marked final sale, non-returnable, or otherwise excluded at the time of purchase

 

Items may be returned opened or used within reason as part of our satisfaction guarantee.

 

 

3. Non-Returnable Items

 


The following are not eligible for return unless defective or required by law:

 

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items

  • Promotional or free items

 


 

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

 


If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at shopify@cornerstone.ooo with:

 

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item

  • Photos of the shipping package

  • A brief description of the problem

 


We will review and, if approved, offer a replacement, refund, or other resolution.


 

5. How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

 

 

6. Refunds

 


Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Original shipping charges are [refundable / non-refundable], except where required by law or where the return is due to our error.
